Frequently asked

Questions, answered straight.

The things Northeast Indiana & Northwest Ohio homeowners ask us most. If yours isn't here, just ask.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The in-home consultation is completely free, and there's no obligation to move forward with anything. You leave with information and a written plan — whether you act on it now or next year.

What areas do you serve?

We serve homeowners across Northeast Indiana & Northwest Ohio, including Fort Wayne and the surrounding counties. If you're not sure whether you're in our area, just ask — we'll let you know.

Do I need to be home for the consultation?

Yes — and we encourage it. The consultation is a walk-through with you, so you can see what we see and ask questions in real time. We also recommend inviting every decision-maker in the household so no one's left out of the conversation.

I'm not sure my roof actually has a problem. Is a consult still worth it?

Absolutely. The most valuable consultations are the ones that happen before there's a problem. Understanding your roof's real condition now helps you plan ahead and avoid turning a small issue into an emergency.

How long does the in-home visit take?

Most consultations take around two hours, depending on the project and the questions you'd like to cover. We reserve enough time so you don't feel rushed and can fully understand your options.

Will I be pressured to decide on the spot?

No gimmicks or fake urgency. We'll explain your options, pricing, and any available incentives clearly during your consultation. Some pricing or incentives may be tied to making a decision during the visit, and we'll be upfront about that. The final decision is always yours.

I think I have storm damage. What should I do first?

Reach out and tell us what happened and when. We'll inspect the roof, document what we find with photos, and explain what your options are — including what to be aware of if you're dealing with an insurance situation.

Can you look at roofing and windows in the same visit?

Yes. Many homes need attention on both. We can assess the whole exterior in one visit and help you prioritize what matters most — rather than making you coordinate multiple appointments.

What if I just want a second opinion?

That's one of the most common reasons people call us. We're happy to give you an honest, independent read on your roof or windows — no strings attached.

Still have a question?

We're happy to answer it — no commitment required.
